The 36 volt 500 watt MY1020 electric motor with an 11-tooth 8mm 05T chain sprocket and bracket works on a number of different recreational scooters. Additionally, a high output 36 volt motor such as this one can be used in a wide range of custom applications and garage-build projects. Matched with three 12 volt batteries, a universal DC 36V motor controller, and matching hand throttle, and you will have the makings of a fine machine.

This motor is capable of rotation in either the clockwise or counterclockwise direction by reversing the motor’s power wires.

Note: Mounting hole spacing is approximately 4″ x 2-1/4″ (four threaded holes).
